Here's my 23rd subtitle translation:
SNIS-257: Deep Throating Slave Volunteer - The OL Who Annoys Her Colleagues Is an Excellent Mouth Toilet
The actress is Kimino Ayumi (Kimito Ayumi).

This is one of several videos directed by Aki Hideto with the theme of iramachio (Deepthroating where the man thrusts his cock into the woman's mouth).
I might translate one or two of the others some time in the future.
Check archive for more information.
Enjoy!

My first try subbing a movie, It's so hard because I can't find her movie with chinese sub. I found some but it's all hardsubbed so it tooks a lot of time doing this. I'm sorry if I do a lot of mistake translating, if someone here spot a mistake and correct it that would be appreciated.
This movie has no plot, but so much dirty talk involved.

Does anyone know a way to load subtitles in the R18 R Player? I live in Japan and yet for JAV titles that appear in HD on dmm/r18 website only physical DVDs are sold in the porn shops that I have been to. The only titles on blu-ray HD quality are the ones you see with the "blu-ray" tag on r18, which are very few. I would obviously just buy the physical media and watch in whatever player I like, but we are seemingly forced to either use their video player, purchase DVD potato mpeg2 quality, or watch HD rips from capture cards that have dropped frames.

Epinwinrar,

I have had, and asked, this question in a number of forums, groups and help centers but so far, no one seems to have found this capability anywhere.

Why won't R18 just take the time to respond to so many of their users that, as you said, are FORCED to use their Player to watch movies they sell online?? The concept of NOT providing an obviously needed capability to your clientele completely boggles my mind!!

Shucks, I'm sure that after 2 minutes of thought, they would be able to figure out how to charge for the capability, even if it's just to charge $5 for each user to upgrade their Player with a patch that enables it to then incorporate subtitles that the USER owns/provides! SMH

I guess they are so focused on dominating the online JAV market (SO many of the JAV resources online link you to R18 if you want to download, buy or even watch JAV!) that they have lost (or never had) the ability to listen to their customers.

Now, if someone out there, here in this forum or elsewhere, is aware of this capability, I withdraw most of what I said above! LOL! I will be happy to be proven wrong! :-D

Does anyone else think we should have a separate thread for auto-translated subs as opposed to hand-crafted gems?

I don't want to decry the work put in by autotranslators (I do a lot of this myself) but the gulf in quality is inevitably immense, and I for one would personally prefer to have the !"good stuff" posted separately from the quick and dirty.

Anyone else?

I don't think separating thread is necessary.
I'm mostly a chinese sub ripper.(extracting hardcoded subtitle). Surely I don't need a thread of my own if I post.

So far, I only notice slemx is posting auto-translated subs.
I'll be honest, when I first realize slemx are posting those "crappy stuff", I'm disgusted.
But apparently, alot of people appreciate it.
English Only speakers will grab any sub they can, 'cos they have no choice.

So my proposal is to let the subbers properly labeled or describe what they are posting... be it auto-translated or ripped, etc.
If not, we'll name and shame them.... then, maybe burn them at stake.:onfire:

I still think it might be a good idea. I appreciate that people welcome auto-translated subs because they're better than nothing - that's the reason I do them myself. I'm just worried that people who have subsisted on a diet (albeit fairly meagre) of high-quality translations (myself included) might fall into a cycle of excitement followed by disappointment when new sub files are posted which turn out to rely on machine translation.

I regularly auto-translate subs not only from Chinese but also from Japanese, Thai and Korean, but I would never dream of posting them in this thread because the quality is so poor it almost seems like disrespect to place them alongside sub which have taken a lot of time, effort, and in many cases money to produce.

Perhaps when I have a little more time I will start such a thread and post some of my collection to see what the reaction is....

Shiyuan said: "Perhaps there could be a sticky for all the sub posts linked under the contributors?"
That sounds like a good idea. There used to be a collection of links at the start of this thread that was updated when new subs were added but it's been dormant for quite a while.
