Hello, I'm happy, this Whisper system to generate subtitles is good, it has flaws but the dialogue is very precise, now the flaws I had, I managed to skip them using the virtual version, but only using the translation from the original language to English, I managed to do that the translation would reach the end of the film, this would not happen if I only transcribed the audio into its original language. I leave you the collab, for those who want to make the subtitles and if they have time they can clean them with a subtitle editing program.

I also leave this sub, most of it is correct, just a few details that the whisper program generates, if anyone wants to work on it and re-subscribe it, thank you for your time and supporting the community.

VEC-430 looks like one of those SDNT titles - that's a great series with "cheating" wives, especially because you can find a few of them uncensored. SDNT-007, 008 and 009, as I recall. Maybe a couple more. I'll check this one out, thanks for posting the subtitles!

Here I leave the one that I think is the best option and that does not have so many bugs, I just added the language of the movie to the line of code, this was because sometimes it does not detect the language and puts another one, in this example for example the first 5 or 6 lines of subtitles, the program detects dialogue but there was really nothing in that part of the film, just some moans from the actress, that usually happens in the rest of the film, when it does not detect dialogue it continues to paste the last thing it detected Apart from that, the subtitle goes great.

I've been creating subtitles for several years now.
However...
The only word that I consistently recognize is Okasan...meaning Mom/Mother.
That got me to thinking....
If I were to ever visit Japan and get lost, the natives who might try to help would probably think I was a simple minded feeb.
Why...?
I'd only be able to say one Japanese word...Okasan.
So...they'd probably think I was a retarded adult who has lost their mommy.

Hello,

I have tested whisper. I noticed that for the first 1 min and 30 seconds, the whisper did not transcribe much from the dialogue and I noticed that the lines are being repeated and have incorrect timestamps. But after that 1min and 30 seconds, all the dialogues are transcribed well. Do you have the same observation as mine?

Note that I used the large model for testing.

Whisper has a lot of potential but still has a lot of bugs so far. Below is the result of my third try. Even in the middle part of the file, it stops transcribing anymore and just repeats some lines.

Note that the file is just 40 minutes long because I trim it to avoid longer minutes. And I used the large model for better results.

I have detected that when they are in a sex scene, the AI does not detect the words that make sexual reference, for this reason it chooses to use the last word it detected and continues pasting it, after the sex scene it detects the dialogue again , it has some bugs but it's still better than autosub or pyTranscriber much better by far.

Right now I'm testing the Subtitle Edit version, version 3.10 already comes with integrated Whisper, but it takes the same time as the movie to generate the subtitles, first I pass a video file, then I'm going to test with audio and I'll see if there's any difference important with time, because until now it takes a devil.

I just tried it for the first time through Subtitle Edit.. I was optimistic at first but then after it processed I had 3000 lines of 'Camera Sound'.. Not sure what I did wrong.
