I think the above post by dashhasswag underlines the key component. Humiliation. The humiliation and degradation of a woman or a sexual partner is a big turnoff for me. IMO wanting to degrade a woman or a female in your sex life says more about you than her. That desire to humiliate is pretty sad and pathetic if you have an understanding of psychoanalytics. It indicates an insecure male who is weak. The fact that it is a popular category and goes hand in hand with porn and perhaps porn addiction; is telling.

I remember over 20 years ago, I visited a role playing forum, in which women role played being roughly dominated, and I was WAY TOO LOGICAL, and started to talk to them as if they were being "unhealthy". Eventually people reported me to the moderators for disturbing their "r*** fantasies". Keep in mind that both men and women were reporting me to the moderators. Not just men.
The moderators had no idea what to do with me, because I was very polite, and I genuinely thought I was being a "good guy" rescuing women.
Needless to say I've learned a lot since those naive days of my past youth.

Your moral stance is incongruent with the title of this forum. Irrumatio is by definition abuse. I doubt that you would go out of your way to enter this forum topic, to preach moral lessons. What's more likely is that you pride yourself on being a good person, and the cognitive dissonance caused by the incongruency of being a good person and irrumatio abuse has caused you to take this moral high ground, to help you cope.
I apologize if I'm being too preachy or verbose, but in the interest of being detailed, what you need is a specific perspective.
Mother Nature is cruel. From Dinosaurs all the way till present day, countless sentient beings were tortured with a predator's sharp teeth, for hundreds of millions of years. Mother Nature is indifferent to suffering.
Mother Nature doesn't care if our behavioral traits are good or bad. It will preserve all traits if they are ultimately contributory to reproduction. That's why there's a lot of assholes. Because in many situations, being an asshole leads to success. Donald Trump, lol. That's why we're war mongers. That's why the JAV industry, and the different variations of abuse genre within JAV is a multi billion dollar industry. Not because we're necessarily weak. Because mother nature preserved this trait within men.
The bad news is that the human brain's base contains the lizard brain, which contains a lot of these ancient instincts, which includes the capacity to enjoy irrumatio.
The good news is, after millions of years, the modern human brain got bigger and a lot of new brain is built over the ancient lizard brain. This new brain contains our capacity to adhere to morality, which makes us adaptable to thrive in a society ruled by laws, and allows us to keep the lizard brain in check.
For some people the lizard brain becomes very visible, when they get drunk. Cognitive decline/ alzheimer's disease can also cause the lizard brain to become much more visible. That's because alcohol impairment and cognitive decline both impair the brain's capacity to keep the lizard brain from taking over.
I have the capacity to enjoy some really vile irrumatio, and also have the capacity to treat past girlfriends with love, respect, and adoration.
I'm not rare. The overwhelming majority of the people in here have that dual capacity, and most likely you're the same.
