I've always thought of vomit in jav as 4 levels.
First level: 0 tolerance with vomit or saliva.
Second level: only tolerates watery vomit and saliva, like a lot of MISM films. This is where most people are.

My subjective opinion and my true, honest feeling on the matter based on every intellectual, ethical, moral, whatever it may be; "value" that frames my conceptualisations: i deem it undesirable and those that value it as undesirable. I have my reasons. Just like you have your reasons for dismissing certain judgements or over-idealisation and a seemingly evident distaste of western societies values or traditional Judeo-Christian values. I have a solution. From this point forward you can exercise your right to free speech, and click on forums titled: irrumatio, and then proceed to label the people in there as unhealthy and underdeveloped, and that you have zero admiration for them, and I promise I won't interrupt.

Confused man: Wait a minute! Hold the phone. They both suffered the same amount! Both have tears streaming down their face, and choked, gagged, and deprived of oxygen for long periods of time.

Some dude: True that. We have no way to truly quantify the amount of suffering an actress endures, so technically we have no way to set a reliable metric on fair treatment of the girls, or a moral compass to guide us.

The only arbitrary metric we have is if the actress pukes, which isn't reliable at all, because not all gag reflexes are created equal. A girl who doesn't puke could potentially suffer more than a girl who does vomit. We have no way of knowing.
