From your own link I can read the dev say...
"The installers on the main page asks you if you want to install a bundled software - for example a toolbar. This is the way we earn money. The installer shows you a screen, and you can uncheck the toolbar installation. So you you read the installer screens, you will not get anything unwanted installed."

I never know about adware free version but mine are regular one and it safe
I know this for sure because I'm using 10 pro with "Allow apps from the store only" option enabled which will notify me if anything (backgound or not) try to install to Windows
With "Allow apps from the store only" enabled I can't install anything even if I want to

unfortunately, that's just her original account that she abandoned back in October.

Funny though, the first thing I checked was to see if she tweeted an update on that old account.

Yuana Himekawa's Twitter froze. Imzumi 's Twitter disappeared two days ago. Similar to the world of Utsumi Flower cherry blossoms are seen as blooming and scattering (reading unknown). Farewell to the world, I'm bewildered to tears for the time being.

Good news! It seems to have happened to a bunch of AV twitter accounts in the last 24hrs, so her account being suspended (for the moment) has nothing to do with her. Some of them have already been reactivated.

The way all of the posts have been deleted would perhaps indicate that he wanted to leave and the mods respected his wish and deleted his posting history. We've lost about 50 pots in this thread alone

The point is regular user can't do that and from the last post I read from tmas3 there's no indication of that

I thought there are warnings before getting banned. Tmas3 knows how to use the forum so if he received a warning, he would have check it not like new members who aren't familiar yet with the interface.
