She told it on her Twitter back in 2015 that she had had an affair with an older man and that was the reason that she separated from Imouto-Minisuka.
 
Several nip slips and pokies of her sister so Tomoe has some catching up to do :)
Out of the Yamanaka sisters, Mayumi would be the more likely to jump ship and graduate to fully nude or AV.

It's from BUNO-002. A better capture and cleanup could reveal if she has a pasty on or that's an actual slip or not.

EDIT: Unless you're crazier than you think I am, I don't see that anywhere in BUNO-004. Do you have it and grabbed from there? What time mark?

I edited my post to correct the mistake. Not sure why I had 004! Thanks for the correction.
