Oh wow. This is amazing..A fine and educational post by Kharo88..! When I went about seeing whether there was anything more to DICKSHARK, I wound up at the IMDb; on the movie's page, there were a bunch of other movies that, while not outright porn, had JAVvy sounding plots. The director of DICKSHARK is a guy named Bill Zebub (Get it? "Beelzebub"), and he writes the plot descriptions for at least some of his own movies. (On his own page, he has given himself the immodest nickname, "King of the B-Movies.")
The Lesser Evil (2014)

Rachel Crow stars as a woman who is approached by a man who has kidnapped her daughter. If the woman complies with the man's wishes, then the daughter will be set free. If not, the wishes will be carried out on the daughter. Be warned that this is a creepy movie. it was made as an "opposite of Hollywood" movie" about a sexual predator. Mainstream movies about these villains actually make them look cool, and if a r*** scene is shot well (according to the sensibilities of cinematography) then it look sexy. Notorious director BILL ZEBUB decided to make a movie in which the villain plays with his victim, but in a way to make you feel sick watching it, rather than to make a good horror scene or a kinky sequence, so all of the rules are thrown out in this ultra disturbing experiment. Watch at your own risk. A bonus clip of the actress talking about the movie is a MUST-see after watching her character's ordeal, just so you know that the actress was perfectly safe and that she was in control ...

Breaking Her Will (2009)
"BREAKING HER WILL follows the path of one of the most twisted villains ever to appear on screen. What he does to his captive hitch hiker creates an atmosphere of utterly demented sleaze."
There are two glowing reviews that are most likely fake; a genuine reviewer makes the comment: "BREAKING HER WILL would have been more entertaining as a hardcore porno, which it threatens to become at times, but the result is sub-porno."
r*** Is a Circle (2006)

Two girls hitch a ride from someone they think they can trust. After all, the driver is a woman. They endure humiliating perversions and excruciating pain. Their friendship warps as they are forced to perform sexual acts on each other for the twisted amusement of their captor. Escape is no easy thing to accomplish - they know they only have one chance because if they fail they will be killed. This movie explores the cycle of cruelty - how pain does not end with the victim. The ripples touch many, setting off new waves of torment.
Garbage sexploitation/horror has usually been the closest we could get in Western cinema to the world of JAV... I have not been keeping track of the latest of what could be called "Psychotronic" fare, but some of the other titles I've come across sound pretty cool in their descriptions. (Although the odds are the viewing experience would probably be a struggle, with most.)
A reviewer writes about another Bill Zebub "masterpiece" called ANTFARM DICKHOLE (2011): "...A man masturbating a lot and shooting ants from his penis to get revenge." (Not much porn-ey about that concept, but you've got to admit... wretchedly original.)
Here is an IMDb list of ten movies, called, "B Movie Films Depicting r***."
EDIT:
I've just run into an article ("The Offensive Power of 'Don't Breathe's' Controversial Turkey Baster Scene") regarding a recent release I had not heard of ("DON'T BREATHE") claiming that a (sort of) r*** scene... "for better or worse ... likely contributed to the film's unexpected success at the box office."
Given our talk about the rarity of r*** depictions in Western cinema (we are emphasizing Western porn, naturally, but I'd say this avoidance of the ugly subject is across-the-board), I found it interesting that a rare time the topic does pop up in the movies, it results in so much attention. That is only logical, we may presume, because if a topic is treated so gingerly most of the time... more interest is going to be drawn once the topic is explored. A link in the article to this other article entitled, "The Number 1 Movie in America Is Casually About r***" has the expected (but fairly-written) veiled and not-so-veiled criticism that the movie brushes with misogny (if my interpretation was correct, I'd say that is a pretty simplistic conclusion), and the ending line argues that the r*** issue is... common in cinema ..?? (The author of the article ought to visit this thread. Which movies has she been watching?)
People, do you know I go to Cinema Wasteland in Strongsville, OH. (a south suburb of Cleveland) at least once a year? [The exposition is now bi-annually.] I'm going there this weekend. I will have a bunch of not-quite-good-enough JAVs in tow.
Guess who winds up trading DVDs with me, practically every time? Yes, Bill Zebub. He loves JAVs. I heard him describe JAVs as "inspirational". On one occasion, I, errr, may have violated Japanese law by sneaking in a DVD copy of his movie "Jesus, The Total Douchebag", which had Oderus Urungus [R.I.P.] of Gwar in a full acting role (i.e.: not merely a cameo)!
Bill's movies are "Soft-X". You never view a real male cock in them, but there are numbers of uncensored open female pussy shots (which are mosaiced in Japan as you know).
I won't blow the whistle on anybody in Japan who might know about uncensored movies, but if you would be interested in "Jesus, The Total Douchebag", the move would be to hit (the original) Thrash Zone in Yokohama, and ask Koichi-san about the movie with Oderus.
Oh, and you should absolutely seek me out this weekend in Cleveland. I bet you have a tsunami of questions for me.
