What games are you playing?

If you don't buy it, you won't be able to play it online.
Playing it singleplayer instead of playing it multiplayer is like masturbating while thinking of sex instead of having sex.

It doesn’t matter how you satisfy the Need, solo or an orgy, as long as it’s been satisfied. My Need is hedonistic, to have fun, and I’m comfortable alone. If your Need is to SOCIALIZE (OMG!), gamer community is really a boiling shitpot of retarded punks where you blend with STEAM’ed poop and transform into a giant DOODOO.

“Thinking of sex” is truly a LOL. There are – be amazed – tons of porn paintings, photographs, books, movies, other ghastly and inexplicable thingies for masturbation. You FAIL. At congruent metaphor ‘leastly.

Fallout 3

'Tis good!

The most bug-infested game of Da Year. Evar. (Because I'm still ignorant of GTA-V which is FUCKED UP TILL BLEEDING too, just in different manner.)

Attention!! DO NOT BUY games!! Attention!!
That’s what internetz are for, beibie (said in Ostin Powers voice). Go to a torrent site and download it.

That's exactly what people should not being doing these days. I have to say that movies are one thing because for the most part these days their all pieces of shit that don't deserve to be payed for but games are a different story. If a game is good which many of them are these days I want to support that game and its makers by buying it. Pirating video games will only hurt the industry, just cough up the cash their worth it.

You know what internetz are? No, it's not dogfood.

What a sell-out fanboy (which is a girl)!
Of course, you’re “supporting that game and its makers” and in no way you’re MAKING Pete Hines FILTHY RICH. There’s no way Dear Pete loves to PROFIT, and bitches like yerself make him very VERY happy. Of course, selling over 20 million copies just won’t put the food on the table. How about buying three a piece? Oh yea, 60 million here we come!

Shooting 2 dozens of .44 caliber revolver in the enemy’s head (Matrix style) is just soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo kewl! Way better than shitty films!

Piracy certainly does hurt the industry, but not in the shallow way you think.

The game 'industry' is not a single entity as you seem to think; there's many parts involved. In large, the ones that really matters are the producers, publishers and the developers. I loathe how the industry works too, make no mistake. But plain piracy will not solve the problems; it's simply destructive.

What's needed is change. For example, removal of producers and publishers would make the game dirt cheap, and they could distribute the game solely on the internet, and the developers would still earn enough money to expand and make more games. The problems with this are plenty, however, such as many people being unable to get a copy for reasons like slow internet and with publishers gone, they'd have a hard time getting it advertised, and most people would not even know it exists and it would fail.

What we need are to have the developers promoted and publishers and producers demoted, since they get far too big of a cut of the games in question. Piracy certainly makes it hard for them, but it also makes it hard for the developers, and that is not what we want at all.

Also, don't be such a cunt.

my (unwanted, maybe, :p) half cent of personal opinion about "piracy" ..... :)

"piracy" is a sooo "comfortable" and useful word, for media and majors, that lately i see it used everywhere ..... you sell copies of an original ? -> you're a pirate (uhm, ok, maybe right) ..... you share something through P2P ? -> you're a pirate (really ?) ..... you download something copyrighted for free ? -> you're a pirate (OMG) ..... you even THINK to do it ? -> basically, you're a pirate (ah, well ..... :p) .....

anyway, as far as i know, all that damage for majors and industries, is "just a little bit" :p exagerated, maybe just for private interests ..... maybe ? ..... :D

a major can have a damage of 2 us$ or so, for a download of an album, or a game ...... ok, multiply it for all the downloads, and you have a good cypher ..... but need to think also some little ininfluent things, imho ..... like, as example, how much peoples that download a game or a video or music album, really want to buy it if there was not the possibility to download for free ? ..... 2% ? ..... 3% ..... don't think much more :p

as example, i download a lot (i'm basically a file collector) ..... lots of the things that i download, are NOT in the market of my region, so, also if i want to buy them, i cannot do it ..... other than this, i usually NEVER buy a thing like an album of music, if i canot hear it before, and decide if i like it ..... AFTER i've downoaded it, if i like it, usually i buy an original, otherwise not ..... for the video is almost the same, lots of trailers promise you so much good contents, that after the vision reveals so bad quality in story, plot and realizations ..... in my life, i seen don't-know-what number of video, and AFTER, i buyed 17 of them, cause i really like them ..... if i had buyed all the rest, THAT was a real piracy AGAINST ME, making me pay for crap products (LOL)

and for the pc games (i hate consoles), basically is the same ..... lots of titles promise so much and give so few, that i always download them ..... and only AFTER, if a game really worth it, make anonymous donation to the authors (yes, directly ..... no reason for let distributors and majors earn unmerited money :p)

but, apart all this, have you never considered that the main cause of the "piracy", are the majors themselves ? ..... and, ofcourse, riaa, mpaa, and all the other criminal associations like them, all over the world :p

is easy to think (so they never do it :p), that if they don't grow the price of the albums, videos, games and pc programs of 1000% of the real value, just for make more money, who lost time and efforts downloading them ? ..... the industrial production of a musical cd, as example, cost the equivalent of 0,11 us$ (at least here), and i mean ALL included (disk, print, booklet, shell, cello wrap, til the finished ready-to-sell product) ..... the author get, indicatively, 3 to 5 us$ equivalents for each sold copy ..... and in the shop, after taxes and "distribution", you pay 30 us$ each one ! ..... so, who is the main guilty, if "piracy" exists ? ..... the building industry ? ..... the authors ? ..... or, maybe, majors and taxes ? ..... :p

and for videos, games and pc programs, is the same ..... as example, micro$oft :) sell, to a certain country gov (and still gain from this price, otherwise they don't sell), the bundle "windows xp + office" at 36 $ ..... 36 $ !!! ..... and here we pay windows xp 180$ and office 300$ ..... then they cry that 90% of the os are pirated ..... so, who is the guilty if 90% of the privates just download them instead buy ? ..... who the hell lose time downloading and cracking, if they can have an original for 36$, instead have to pay 480 ?

all this is just a personal opinion, ofcourse ..... but, say me honestly, is really so wrong ? :)

Lol. If you can’t live without games, pay for them, babble and contradict yourself all you want. Why not writing a letter to SOMEONE WHO CARES? Dumb fuck.

I constantly switch between Warhammer: Soulstorm, Oblivion, and DMC3. When I get bored with that, I can start on DMC4.

I only played two PC games in my life: Shogun - Total War (Warlord Edition) and Perfect Sudoku. Otherwise, I rather enjoy having a live game of chess, Go, or Reversi with my wife. That is, when we don't play rope games ;)
