hey huster27, i don't know which video this is from but it certainly looks like and has the "feel" of one of the okayama SM club videos, but here is an educated guess:

it is maybe P-0007 titled プライベート革拘束シリーズ#7 / Puraibēto kawa kōsoku shirīzu# 7 / Private leather restraint series # 7 :

- if you want to confirm this check out the covers of these videos @ XXXXwww.akibacom.jp/products/list.php?label_id=1721 ~ the girl lying on her back with the bar spreader on the foil floor covering in the upper right hand panel of your picture is the same girl on the cover of P-0007 - i don't know the origin of your promo pics - they certainly look like something done at sanwa mook.

the reason i mention sanwa mook is because the 4 part panel pic you have posted has three scenes not depicted on the cover of p-0007 so this could be from a video having various snaps of multiple okayama SM club videos, something sanwa mook is wont to do.

remember i recently purchased p-0001, p-0016 and p-0041:
