i wouldn't say i am an expert on the video released by the mfrs of uncensored jav video. this i do know, typically uncensored video it is not being sold or released in japan. while japanese citizens have a right to buy and view uncensored video it is not legal to sell it in japan without the pixelation.

from what i have seen there is a continuim of uncensored BDSM video: at one end, the hardest, is perhaps Night24, with Sodom and Tokyo Hot @ medium hard, gachinco @ moderate BDSM, to jgirl @ mild BDSM.

and are any of these series as well done as GTJ- videos that are censored? - - personally, i would say no. a large percentage of N24, all of Sodom are devoted to BDSM. and within Tokyo Hot, Gachinco and jgirl only part of those is devoted to BDSM. and none are as well made as Dogma video. and most uncensored are not of the hardcore BDSM variety. that is just my experience - maybe someone else can share something different.

i will post 肛門極限拡張8 and 肛門極限拡張3 in my next posting cycle of 12 videos. that is likely not until mar 2017.

i haven't looked at the 肛門極限拡張8 dvd so i can't tell you off hand if the scenes you have posted are in the dvd. i can, however, definitively state that they are in the book. my educated guess is that they are not in the dvd.
