I believe after you make your payment, your account will show the expiry date with the 50% more days added, though I may be wrong.
Hi, my account is always be suspended every time I try to download something, and then I received reactivate email. After reactivate my account, I try to download something and it is suspended again and again, again... What wrong in your systems? Traffic Available is more than 47% and I can not download anything
I can only think of 3 scenarios for a locked account that you need to reactivate. If you're using a VPN sometimes their server detects it as suspicious activity and suspends the account. If you're sharing the account, their server sometimes detects multiple log-ins from different IPs and suspends the account till you verify your ownership. Finally if your password is compromised the server may suspend it.
Apart from these instances maybe MaxFJ can give you more info.

I think that it is not VPN or IPs problem because I try to use "Allow access only for IPs" then add only one IP and this proplem continue to happen. My password is given by Filejoker in email, so it also not compromised password. I find out that when I try to down some specific files I will be suspended. So basically... If we want to download anything that is going to take less than 24 hours, we need to pay a subscription fee?
And one 1.2GB download took 7 hours to get to 4%.
Yet I can download a 72GB game in 5 mins from Steam, Uplay, Bethesda etc.
It’s very clear that this is only for paid membership only and thus something I’m not wasting time on any more.

I tend to use a VPN just for privacy sake, and was thinking of re-subscribing to FJ but last time I think I got temporarily suspended for using a VPN. I understand it's to prevent leeches. If I were to get the VIP membership is VPN usage allowed? Otherwise is there any elaboration on the "anonymous downloads", surely if I'm not on a VPN my ISP can see the pages I'm accessing and the data being transferred from there? Many thanks.

You've been a member here since 2010 according to your profile, surely you know how this works. Yes, paid memberships gives you fast downloads. Paid memberships help support the board.
In this case, you had to pick 2nd from the left for the first row, and 3rd from the left for the last row. It's indeed an even stupider captcha than those beforehand.
