WOW! I didn't know Kaori Maeda ones are fake. Now it makes me harder to fap to her now. As I am really put off by fake breasts.
You mention flat spot between the breasts. How do you spot them as I see from the pic you post I can't seem to see it.
How do you not see the flat spot? There's literally a line on each breast. The area between those lines is flat. Natural breasts would just have one line between the two breasts. Even fake breasts don't always have the flat spot--it comes from a certain type of implant.

Just went to xvideos to view some of Azusa's vids for this "research" and they look fake to me. Not as bad as super obvious ones, but still look inflated with a fat injection. Further "research" is needed to be more confident in the assessment.

You can see a concave contour in her right breast at the 1:40 mark. Looks like the plastic surgeon didn't do a perfect job of placing all of the fat or maybe it shifted.
Also, when she is on her back. The breast wants to fall to her side but the inner aspect of her breast near the sternum and pectoral muscles is still full.

It should go without saying at this point that the vast majority of Japanese pornographic actresses have breast implants. Due to the nature of Asian diets, not only are large breasts rarer than they are in other cultures, when they do have larger breasts they're generally larger women. So, whenever you see a super-skinny Japanese woman with large breasts, they're most certainly fake, even if they seem to bounce like real ones. There are breast implants that do a decent job of mimicking the appearance of natural breasts, but there are plenty of ways to tell that they're fake. Additionally, look for stretch marks on the sides of the buttocks on skinny porn stars. If they have those, guess what? Ass implants.
I don't agree to that. At least that it is the case all the time. I met some women which weren't chubby at all and had some very nice boobs.
But I admit that it isn't very often the case. And you definitely find more often women who are chubby and flat chested as women who are not chubby and have big boobs.

Her breasts always looked the best on the front cover of her movies.
