Here is a cleaned up English copy of the subtitle translation. I converted it to an Aegisub ASS file to place the text at the top on the first few frames (I don't know how to do that on an srt type file). Anyway, enjoy.
It's impossible, srt is a very simple subtitle format that doesn't support that kind of advanced stuff.

Thank you, but unfortunately I made a mistake with the code, it was not 035, the correct one is MIAA-305, but thank you very much, I still did not know that movie so I will look for it and use this subtitle.

i guess some of the sub are created by translating thai to chinese ( i know a little bit of thai lang ) ( or vietnam )

I agree with Maload. It's just a crappy translation. Probably strictly machine done.
There are other odd types of errors that I've never seen before, such as the phrase Intervenant 1\N or Intervenant 2\N being added for some reason to each line.
I made a few small changes to the fonts and removed the obvious errors related to the word Intervenant.
The storyline isn't my cup of tea, so I don't think I'll bother making any changes to the actual subtitles, but I hope this helps.
I also changed it's format using Subtitle Edit so that it can be edited with Aegisub, my preferred software for Subs.

Thanks a lot for your help and effort. This at least gives me something to work with. I was just baffled by the "intervenant" stuff.
