I follow this guy who posts hardcoded subs, and then i use VideoSubFinder to extract. Again the hard part is always OCR-ing the images or converting it to text. Its a bit of a long process. And then translating is annoying too, but since you can understand chinese, you can skip that process...

Can anyone suggest a good way to extract hard coded chinese subs or a good OCR program that recognizes chinese characters? right now using video sub finder to extract and subtitle edits for OCR and srt generating which seems to work ok with english subtitles, but doesnt seem to recognize chinese...
