akiba resident JAV subtitlers & subtitle talk★NOT A SUB REQUEST THREAD★

I thought Sextb was a free site? Where's the pay option? Also, you can find some free subs on subtitlecat.com too
Sextb has a paid "VIP" option which supposedly has no ads, and has the subbed movies sooner than the free option. Not sure whether there are more benefits, as I never paid for it myself.

Hello friends!
I have been a member here for such a long time, but this is my very first posting!

In all the time I have been downloading JAV content, I have taken so much from the community. Well it is time for me to contribute something back.
I have made some subs. Some new, some are reboot of old titles. But they are all handmade. I don`t yet have the skillset to use Whisper or any of the other tools available. I have taken Chinese srt files from Runbkk & others & run them through Deepl & Google translate, then cleaned up the rough edges. All the him/her I/you confusion etc.

My question is this.
Am I breaking etiquette by posting my work? Is it considered bad form by using someone else`s work as the basis of the files? And generally, is hand-cranking such material looked down upon in this day & age?

I am happy to share my results with the JAV population but I don`t want to commit such bad behaviour by doing so.

People have also contribute with Chinese subs so thats not an issue.:)

People have posted subs. Whether Machine Translation, Private translations, homemade translations, bad subs, poor subs, weird subs, decent, ok, great, whatever lol.
None of us are Japanese, far as I know... we just do our best.

Generally... when I take someone else subs and make changes, I give that person the credit first and then myself.
I mean fair is fair. Some subs have people credited. Others do not.
If no one is credited... you can simply say, this wasn't your sub and you just cleaned it up:p

anyone ever heard " jane kakete '?
when the actress was bang in final scene ..

may be its " ja ne " or " ja me "

i think kakete is about " fucking " ( 80 % ) . its about " put it in "

both actor and actress use the word " kakete "

but what is " jame or jane " here ???

japanese people have high wage and salary ... they dont do sub if they think its waste of their time
or maybe other reason ,,,
Not all Japanese have high wage and salary.
Mostly, they don't do sub is because they don't need subs and they find it awkward.
The movies are intended for them, regardless.
i dont think sextb is good sub at all .

they just kind of download "auto machine subtitle " on the net and they steal some of our members work here too .

so i just comment,,,, keep your money in your pocket better than pay for them .
just my thought ...

the real reason for sub or not is about money .....its not about brand ( company ) at all
I agree

Are you using a paid subscription of premiere pro? Or just a cracked one? If you are using a cracked one, where did you get it? So that we can try to use it as well. Thank you very much.
I use cracked one but use adobe cc 2023 or 23 version. I get it download from torrent or other pre activated sites to find this adobe master collection cc 2023 and after install it you can find separately adobe speech to text language pack from google newer version but please use adobe cc 2023 and install it and after that you can trancribe speech to text without download from adobe cloud

Is there more before it? X kara Y ni kakete means from X to Y (where X and Y could be locations or dates/times.) So you could check whether they say kara just before the bit you're talking about.

If it's not that, then no clue.

it s nothing about kara ... if my ear dont really bad , she say this word ..

its sound like " jane" or " jame" kakete "

and then seem like the actor ask here with this " jame" kakete " again

i check some " website whom do translating for money " , i dont want to state the name

they translate this to " ready for my semen ? "

i really confused ... wahhh

but thank you .

anybody know what is | " panpan " desune ?? \
i understand a little bit about " desune "
but " pan pan " ???

she said when she play with cock

Massage+Soapland theme

One of the meanings of panpan is swollen or bulging, so I guess she is commenting on how big his cock has gotten when erect.

Wow that's an adjective that's use alot in JAV.
- Pan pan is an adjective usually meant to describe an action such slapping, clapping, etc.
- In JAV it meaning depends on the context of the scene. I have that in my notes as the following...
fucking(fuck, fuck), pump, pump(pumping), bang, bang. It can also describe a bulge or swollen.

In your case, it sounds like she means pumping(pump, pump).

Guys quick note about a particular pronoun in JAV; "It" and "That".
For example: You might see "Sugoi" = Amazing, Wow, Great, Awesome, It's amazing, That's amazing, etc
When it comes to "It's and "That. Just remember, "It means something close and "That means something away.

But keep in mind, how your subs make you feel, doesn't always has to be grammatically correct:hi:

o do you know why the actor said " Merry-go-round " ??

he said when he is on the bed at the soup land and the actress is preparing some lotion
and i see some of movies have Merry-go-round in their title too

such as

DDK-160 Abusive Merry-go-round Iroha

That seem more metaphorical, doesn't it?
It's like going through a series of repeated activities that are quick and/or confusing(fast, painful, soothing) until you reach the end(climax) of the ride.
I don't think you're suppose to sub it, it's a feeling I guess?

If I was subbing it I would say something similar and move on. For example, "It's like a merry-go-round!"
--Or you could try to find something that means "reaching/approaching climax".
--Or make a note in the sub and give a small hint to it. Sometime I add something like that but its most comical.

WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT OVER THINK IT.:aaaa:

o i got it. thank you

o i got it. thank you
No problem.

Also I had to break my habit of subbing EVERYTHING I hear. Meaning... I understood the words but I was writing them down EVERYTIME the actors stated them, sometimes seconds after they said it again.
For example, if an actress said "Hai" and said "Hai" again... I would sub it. That was making my subs more crowed than need be. And it make for longer reading between subs.

So now... unless a repeated word is important or comes later, I skip it. Because I understand it.

Same rules can sometime be applied for certain conversations.
For example, If an actress ask "Kimochii? "Do you feel good/comfortable? The actor say "kimochi". "I feel good. If the actress ask again, "Do you feel good? You can sub for the actor, "I feel good", "It feels good", or "Yes.

I mean you know what they are saying on their words, right? So... save yourself time on the easier subs imo;)

And... if there's no dialogue, which often their isn't. RESIST THE URGE to add dialogue... unless you want to or you might hear places where it fits. Honestly, I think only @Imscully is better at that kind of stuff with his subs. He has a knack for creating very good dialogue/stories:D
