Gripe of the month

Not a gripe but I wonder have the industry turned so bad that JAV actresses don't even announce their retirement nor do they want the retirement videos.
Seems like they are just ready to go. Yuu Shinoda ended her run quietly and with no fanfare.
What is the industry doing that making everyone want to go and give them the middle finger?
The hell.
I feel like I should start a "In Memoriam" thread so we can keep up on the retires.

Highly recommend Minami Yasu as a girl who likes to work up a sweat. JUQ-004 and JUL-906 I can both heartily recommend. She likes to be assertive and ride.

I think the industry as changed a lot, right now when a girl retire it's usually the beginning of a new career on social media, so she doesn't just "retire" anymore.

There's been a recent influx of new users to this forum that seem to feel quantity of individual threads trumps quality.

I don't need five threads for the same content. It dilutes any responses between multiple locations and also pushes any other discussions further and further from the public eye.

Personally I rarely create threads at all. I'd rather necro post to an existing thread that's already touched on the same or similar topic.

Please consider the search tool. Please be respectful of other user's voices.

For reals I thought we had mods for this, they should be deleting these duplicate threads
 
I don't mind one or two short vertical shots as part of the story (somebody filming the action), but as soon as they last more than a few seconds I really dislike them too.

My latest gripe is badly done office sets. A lot of OL movies that have scenes set in the actual office don't bother to actually set up any computers. They often just have a monitor and a wireless keyboard. No actual computers and the monitors have no cables attached, neither to a computer or for electricity.
It might not be important for the scene, but as somebody who works with computers a lot I find it very distracting. How hard can it be to get a few old computers and actually connect the things? Or at the very least attach a power cable to the monitors.

They could have some horny OL watching some famous JAV then typical salary man slave walks in. This is a great idea they promote their own AV at the same time.

And, while they are at it, why not mock up some fake books and magazines as reusable props for offices and houses, to avoid the pixelizaion censors from heavyhandedly pxielating anything with a barely recognizable brand? It's bad enough the genitals are a pixelated mess, but having all the office and household products shimmering away as well is just distracting.

I tend to watch the older movies, anyways.

I love the older movies where the actresses would be typing very fast and occassionaly you would see the monitors were black.
They were so into the acting, I have to commend them for trying to bring realism to the scene:D
 
My gripe is that a lot of my fav JAV movies aren't de-censored yet. The rate is a bit erratic and inconsistent.
A lot of them are, but some like VAGU-122 still aren't. One of my fav moms-a-masseuse films!

The second one looks cute and hot to me at the same time. The third one has a really nice body at least. The first one might need to work on her weight maybe (same as me :))

But yeah, I totally agree. But at the same time, if the actress didn't want to be found on multiple videos that easily, that's her decision. She already gave us a chance to look at her body, so I totally get that
 
My newest gripe would be first finding some info online about one of my favorite JAV stars working for "laypeople" (be it in a salon or デリヘル), with the link given to the site of the place she works with/at, only to then find that she is not listed there (at least not anymore)

I remember, a few years ago I was able to find the/a place where Natsume Airi was listed, but lately, for all the JAV stars I would like to have a go with, any such info turns out to be outdated (I've found such info even for Hazuki Reira, but I guess even if she did such work at some point, that was a long time ago and she very likely quit at the same time she quit JAV; such a shame, what money I would give to get a deep throat from her...)

And you don't have a lot of freedom, especially if you're not a veteran or the director or something, to do what you want when you want

Or you would have to be a one-man band studio. So, my plan at some point, when I was much younger and more stupid, was to go to save as much money as I could, go to Japan, and open my AV studio but only use it as a way to get to the girls I want, and just film as I fuck them any way I would like, not caring if it would sell or not. I guess it could work, and some amateur stuff I've seen looks a lot like just the guys living the dream, but hey, it's a long shot, and not being Japanese is a serious obstacle

But I still haven't given up on at least a slim chance. Still learning Japanese, still saving money, so... we'll see. That's the attitude I've come to have in life: not expect a lot but be prepared to take a chance

My gripe of this month is something I see a lot in bukkake JAVs or other scenes with lots of cum:
They have one guy on the scene, often placed behind the girl, whose entire purpose in the scene is to scoop up the other guys cum with his fingers and move it to the girl's mouth/pussy/ass, or smear it on her body. The designated cum fingerer. Between every cumshot in the scene we are made to watch this guy play with the other guys' semen. I'd prefer it if they had the girl do it instead. In some scenes it can be understandable that she either can't do it or wouldn't want to do it. (r***, bondage) In these cases why not use a spoon or some other utensil? I've seen a few scenes do that.

Actually seen this a lot with creampies too. Whenever someone shoots it inside the girl, there's often some guy who immediately has to go and dig it out with his finger and then smear it on her thigh or something. Perhaps they want to show that something really did go in, if it doesn't drip out by itself.

Anyway, I don't like seeing guys playing with sperm, whether it's their own or someone else's, fake cum or real. Leave this for the actresses.
