JAV Gossips

Recenty, we have been discussing Tia and her open-mouthedness, but has she revealved anything truy shocking.
She has talked a litte about Ebisu Muscat and how most of it is faked, which gives itself as it is a tv show. But at the same time, she has claimed most of the friendships aren't real. Now honesty, I doubt this - since many of the stars hangs out and interacts with each other offscreen - fx. Ichikawa/Iori, Marina/Yui and Asuka/Yui. I expect Tia might never have fitted in.

I remember reading somewhere that she says she actually gets paid less in the US than in Japan, plus she has to do her own make-up.

But she's still there cos she thinks JAV is too tame or something like that.

yes, there is a reason why most AV idols don't want to move to US, few of them are like Marika Hase, most of them won't get out from their comfort zone

I have wish top AV idols will do international works together with top western porn stars ... but I think will not happen in the near future

Did Shina Sora leave Eririka Katagiri for Aya Miyazaki? I see them alot together on social media. Are they just friends or are they now the big lesbian couple in JAV like Shina and Eririka use to be?

other way around, Eririka left her and I think moved out of japan, Shiina dating Aya Miyazaki is probably true

There's an online portal for the girls to apply an application to cease sales of existing releases now.

Press release :-
https://www.bengo4.com/internet/n_7464/

going to be interesting to see how this goes, there are prexisting contracts with a lot of girls, and depending on the language could be the big deciding factor, unless they can come up with a valid claim of coercion. I really think this probably won't do much(because of contracts) until there is a major legal ruling

I can't be the only one who thinks that Shiina and Eririka's relationship was more a business thing? They had odd chemistry in some of their stuff.

you're not the only one, its obvious marketing trick

interesting to see yakuza involvement in this :D

no matter how good the contracts are, there will be more girls who claimed they was forced by mr x or mr bean to do porn

They where posting pics together like a year before they did any vids together, and Erika did bring Shiina into the industry. Plus wouldn’t it be awkward screwing your significant other on camera in front of others?

Except that there are other valid excuses on the form :-

They accept excuses such as being doxxed, doing porn for student expenses, getting married, job switching and social discrimination.

Like the previous contract, they are making it easy for women to get out of porn.

Valid enough to break a contract? You can make whatever excuse you want, but if they had valid contracts with no correction there’s not much legal recourse to get shit removed. Like “I got married I want my shit taken down” then a studio can be like you can pay us back or it stays up because you had a valid contract. The legality of these contracts are what will decide how effective this thing will be

It's up to the lawyers to argue that out. There's even a disclaimer in the form that state there's no promise that the takedown will be successful if the studio and agency is found to abide all the existing rules and guidelines.

But given how there's a string of delisting and takedowns recently and that they dare to put those reasons as choices on a form accessible by anyone online, they must have some measures of confidence for success.

In any case, people here can take comfort in knowing that the title would have been download by tens of thousands before it had been delisted and even more after that.
