Uncensored studio (sirohame.net) manager arrested

Just as uncensored industry got a spell of relief, the police are at it again. This time they arrested a manager (the wording is a bit weird so I am not sure what's his exact role in the company) in his home and confiscated a lot of HDD with uncensored vids. He disclosed to police that he sells the vids for 1600-4000 Yens, and average about 40 millions yens of sales and has been in business for 10 years.

Why has a steady 10 years business that's not particularly secretive suddenly attracted police action? Turns out a woman in Hokaido discovered a vid starring her has been on sale on the website, so she complained to the authority. The arrested suspect also disclosed that he recruits girl on his website and offers few hundred thousand yens to each girl for each vid. Seems she agreed to filming but did not (yet) agreed to sell, he cuts corners and got busted.

I can't help but notice that the arrested is a Korean national and I think so far foreigners (Koreans and Chinese/Taiwanese) have made up about half of all the people arrested in the past year. Rather strange to say the least.... But perhaps uncensored industry, being illegal, is highly concentrated with foreigners. Perhaps.
 
About the AV idols who gets no rest.

I think I was a bit fast and loose with one line and mislead the thinking. Obviously, the top idols aren't regularly filming 28 days a month.

1. she was most likely talking about the rare or extreme case. We have seen some idols when there's a chance they really milk it, I think Mio Kimishima, Ayumi Shinoda, Mihiro, Aika, Nanakusa Chitose (gawds I had to really search to reremember her name) and several other famous idols (but not absolute top idols) have all had some brief period when they had 20+ new vids (not compilation) per month, but these periods were temporary (maybe 1-3 months) and sometimes may be a last cash grab before retirement (both Shinoda and Mihiro) and/or abandoned by fans.

2. I think a lot of them are un-famous planning performers. For them a workday mostly be only 1 scene (not full length vid) or even sharing one scene with other girls. So it's not the near-20 hours workday that she mentioned to an earlier question. Also the pay is much less than a solo vid (she mentioned as low as 1500 yens for just topless work) so some of them perhaps really need more than 15 work days per month to pay the bills.

3. Often we hear so and so idol is temporarily quitting JAV due to fatigue. A recent example is Atomi Shuri who only just come back from a break in her not-long career. IIRC she was also milking it just before going on break.

4. I know Muscat Ebisu is a commitment and actual work. But sorry... I just don't buy that practice and rehearsal for a faux music+dance group is a major part of AV idol workload. I don't buy the economy theory of it, how much economic income (including indirect income such as promoting porn) is Muscat making per month? If it take 10 hours of practice per months, multiply by 20+ idols, the cost of practice doesn't make economic sense. Just for laughs I take a look at youtube (imagine!) and see a lot of Muscat Ebisu vids are variety shows in which AV idols play unskilled games, chitchats and generally fool around while being pretty. That makes sense, public appearance (especially in non-live studio with plenty of chance for editing and refinement) that's profit generating. It is work for sure, but I think the work is mostly public appearance that doesn't require much talent and off-screen practice time. Unlike say AKB48, which we know is long hours of practices.

PS: saw a Chinese-subbed version of their (most famous?) number: Banana Mango High School. LOL it's not about healthy diet. mango is code for manko (まんこ), from now on my fav fruit is gonna make me feeling dirty.

At most, Mihiro did two releases per month when whe was signed by both S1 and Maxing.

Idk how busy are the fan events, muscat recording/live performances, and other non-av movies/v-cinemas take up an popular av idol's time. I believe it if it was yui or ai uehara. Ai was covering all kind of genre with any veteran or niche costar or script that was given to her. I wouldn't be surprise if she was the one that get only a day or two of rest. Mihiro was one of the better paid idol during the good days from what she claim herself and there's only 3-4 key scenes for each studio, so she could finish up in a week. Sometimes, multiple movies could be filmed in batch because actors and actress scheduling. Maybe a girl is retiring, so she finished her titles early and use the remaining months for excess fan events to promote.

or more likely she would film a lot a month, then spend another month or 2 relaxing/traveling then a month of work, and just repeat the cycle, like I seriously doubt the likes of Yui Hatano, or Hibiki Otsuki would just film 28 days a month repeatedly

According to yui, tweet she never stop working and always post new photos of her on set with other girls or playing housewife and teachers like always. unlike contract s1 or ideapocket girls who only have one title a month meanwhile she pumps a lot of niche studios titles working with vr solo, lesbian, rougher gloryquest bermuda and more along with mainstream studios. The dmm awards is today and rio is the mc and probably be streaming live, but there will be an edited version without the performance upload tomorrow on the official website. There's some news about riku minako earning $700 a month without av in order to pursue other dreams, but the article speculate she might have accumulated $400k of savings throughout the years, which might not account for any of her private investment, gifts, or sponsors sales. Competitions is still High with new girls joining and the older girls might need to film more and do more nasty titles to survive and make up the difference even if they're popular even for mikami and shoko.

The website will update the winners gallery soon with the edited version of the full movie performance. The main winners are arina hashimoto and shoko. The nominees are a bit lackluster, but arina deserves it more than moe did in march. Shoko is obviously a love or hate win since her titles and performances are quite repetitive, but she sells and is still a best seller.

That's what I thought. Sure the 4 hours movies takes couple of days to be shot, but with 28 days of shooting, there would be like 15 movies per months. Even the busiest actresses don't release that much. And contract girls do one movie per month (Rion, Yua Mikami etc ...). On the other side, actors probably work every day.

One thing Emiri mentionned that triggered me is the movie themes. She confirmed what I thought : girls go harder because their sales decrease. Not to mention those who start with anal or harder stuff. That's why they are most of time less attractive girls that studios didn't want for vanilla movies. So more fucked up girls. I think she read some of the YouTube foreign comments attacking her from her twitter, but she doesn't care. She wasn't trying to be a SJW and play the victim. She clearly said there are well educated av idols, actresses that cried on set and avoid events, but she doesn't regret it. I remember Julia said she avoided events because she's afraid of getting recognize by people she knows like maybe former coworkers, classmates, friends, or even worst a relative or an ex. Her interview was simple, basic, and humanizing and probably won't attack the indutry or called out any arrest or scandal to close her comeback or other opportunities. Some of them are strong enough to block her off and limit to end her career since she still uses her name to do hostess and other investment. She probably got dropped by ideapocket to do attackers and rougher titles during mid career since she started out as a muteki girl. Later on she got tan and do bdsm as well as lesbian with yui and ai. It's the same veteran guys though, so it's not super degrading since the guys know his job and wont jeapordize it,

It's true with new girls joining, the girls get paid lesser on renewal. However, beside yua mikami, shoko, I don't think sakura momo, kana momonogi, or even newly crowned winners like moe and arina are paid as much sora, or mihiro era. A lot of girls like rio, Aino, alice, and miyuki left probably not because they want to settle down like anri okita, but are getting lesser opportunities as well for events or other filming gigs and don't want to go the ai uehara route for more money to make up the difference. Not everyone can be like maria, sora, akiho, etc with a huge following in Asia after 15 years and can still make a good career living out of doing non - av stuffs. I guess Okazaki emiri got some savings and got other private personal gigs and public gigs that are better than filming av.
I do feel bad for the ex boyfriends and her mom though. It's nice for fan, but definitely shit emotional trauma for them. The future daughter part is probably a joke and Japanese birth rate is reaching a new low with the aging populations. It's hard for her future spouse unless they're both in the entertainment business because ex av idols living a plain normal life always get some bad exposing for some minor things they done in the past. Heck, even riley Reid talks about having kids would be making them suffer in this world from her podcast.
 
SURPRISE! Mio Kimijima lactating?? (NO)

Along with Rika Mari, Mio Kimijima are those rare kind of AV idols who made a debut, faded away before making a name, then somehow became hot property.

Either it's her years working as prostitute or fearing that any moment the AV job offers may dry up, she is literally working her ass off with huge number of releases every month and all greet-and-meet events.

And her future release will surely turn some heads, if you think she's done everything already. XVSR-391 from Max-A shows her leaking two white streaks from her nipples. AVOP 2018 delayed to 2019, DMM Award 2019 in doubt.

AVOP 2018 has been pushed back a few months (exactly when is not yet announced). But with the entrants to be released in Feb 2019, it's likely the awards will be given in May of 2019, wouldn't that collide with DMM Award??

With DMM already announced intention to ease out of adult business, Japan Adult Expo not yet definite if it will held this year and Tokyo Olympic 2020 still being muttered about... the near term future of all major industry PR activities are in flux.

Does anyone know if Mihiro and Sora Aoi are married? I noticed in Mihiro's latest instagram post shes mentions a wedding. Both her and Sora Aoi are wearing wedding rings in the picture. Does Sora have an instagram account?

Very late news. Mihiro married a toku stuntman and removed her av from dmm, but still work closely with muscat 2. A few av idols like nao okiawa, honoka, and many appears in tokusatsu and gotten marred. Sora Aoi and anri okita got married this year. Okita even gave birth to a daughter. Saori/miyavi got married to an older man a few years ago. Hitomi and Maria Ozawa are dating some foreign talent celebrity chef/musician.

Thanks for the info. I only recently started following Mihiro on instagram and just now noticed the wedding ring lol. How was Mihiro able to have her av removed? I didn't think girls could do that.
 
Mayu nosomi twitter is gone, so I guess she faded away and truly retire. She's on twitcasting and dmm live pretty often this year.
