That's a bitch that I have never been able to master. From my understanding you have to use a program to chop out the video areas that contain the Sub, time stamp it, run those text images through a character recognition software, and then translate it to your desired language. Sam Kook may have detailed the process (I don't recall... maybe do a search on this site to see). Maybe it's easier to just use Whisper Colab, but either way it probably requires human editing to make a decent product. That's where the time suck happens!

I only helped a bit in it, not one of mine.
Chuckie explained it and there's software to automate most of it, but OCR can be tricky and will need manual verification for tricky letters like "I"(i) and "l"(L).
Being on a mac might make the softwares harder to find, I have no idea if they have mac versions for everything in the tutorial.
